茶叶经济主导下的社区参与旅游发展——基于社会交换理论的案例分析

摘　　要：社区旅游及社区参与对社区发展影响深远。以茶叶经济为支柱产业的半坡老寨为例,通过参与观察及访谈,运用社会交换理论中的价值命题和理性命题解读了非旅游产业主导下的社区参与旅游的状况及原因。研究表明:旅游进入原本具有强势产业的社区后,与社区原有产业发生互动;社区居民对旅游的参与程度及态度出现分化;旅游业得以进入该社区是因为其与强势产业之间存在着依赖和促进等多元互动,而社区参与正是这种宏观产业互动的具体表现和内部动力。Community tourism and community participation in tourism have far-reaching impact on communities＇ development.Taking Banpolaozhai,a tea economy-led community,as the case,through participant observation and interview in the village,the author depicts and explains the different attitudes and behaviors of the residents in the community participation,based on the value proposition and rational proposition of social exchange theory.The study indicates： tourism has widely interactions with the communities＇ original industries in the single-dominated-industry communities;the residents show differentiation in attitudes and level of tourism participation;Tourism can spring up in the non-tourism-industry-dominated community,relied on the multiple interactions between them such as dependence and promotion.Community participation is just the microscopic reflection and the internal motivation of the macroscopic interaction.
