摘　　要：针对现有的电刷镀转台存在不能无级调速、转速偏高等缺点,研制一台基于可编程控制器(PLC)和变频器的电刷镀转台,本文从硬件和软件两个方面进行了介绍。There are some disadvantages for existing brush-plating platform, such as having not stepless timing, rotate speed on the high side, and so on. We develop the brush-plating platform based on PLC and transducer. At the same time, we introduce hardware and software of the equipment respectively.
