摘  要:RM80型全断面道碴清筛机在作业时,由于道床脏污甚至出现板结,致使挖掘链工作条件十分恶劣,连续承受较强的冲击和摩擦,成为道碴清筛机的主要易损件。通过对RM80型道碴清筛机挖掘链的主要失效形式进行分析研究,并试验选择新材料,同时制订新的熔炼、铸造和热处理工艺,使挖掘链的强度、韧性和耐磨性得到改善,实现了进口挖掘链的国产化研制,降低了道碴清筛作业成本,提高了作业效率。When RM80 full-face ballast screen scarifier is in operation, the track bed is so dirty and compacted that the mining chain be-comes the major wearing parts, which is mainly due to the poor working conditions combined with the continuous strong shock and friction. The paper puts forward the new ways to improve the strength, toughness and resistance of the mining chain on the basis of analyzing mining chain's failure work forms, selecting tested materials and developing melting, casting and heat treatment technologies, which realizes the domestic development of imported mining chain, reduces the operation costs of ballast screen scarifier and improves operating efficiency.
