摘  要:某烷基苯HF再生塔加热器发生HF酸腐蚀泄漏。通过腐蚀失效分析和腐蚀机理分析研究发现,氧的存在与靠近管箱附近操作温度过高,加速了管壁的腐蚀,本文对此提出了对应的改进措施,保障设备能够长期的安全运行。Much HF acid corrosion and leakage frequently has happened in a hydrofluoric acid regeneration towermade in one alkyl benzene unit located. By analyzing corrosion invalidation and research of the corrosionmechanism, it is discovered that the existence of oxygen in the acid system accelerates the corrosion,and Close to the tube box near the operating temperature is too high.Consequently, some antiaccorrosion security measures are pointed out to protect the long-term safe operation of equipment.
