摘　　要：以30CrMnSiA钢的热处理要求及工艺流程为例,介绍了一种基于PLC的箱式热处理炉温度控制系统的设计,实现了零件热处理工艺流程的温度控制自动化。This paper illustrates the heat treatment demand and process of 30CrMnSiA steel. It introduces a controlling temperature system design which bases on box heat treatment of PLC, and realizes controlling temperature automatization of the parts＇ heat treatment process.
