摘　　要：针对铁路工程设计管理的实际情况,以实现铁路设计的组织集成、过程集成、数据集成的一体化协同设计为目标,在有限的投资和实施条件下,通过综合项目管理和工作流等技术,建立了支持一体化协同设计的铁路设计全过程管理系统,辅助企业控制设计生产过程并收集设计数据,提高信息沟通和数据交换效率,保证铁路设计的质量。Considering the practical conditions on management of railway exploration design, an collaborative design project of railway de - sign was made which integrated orgnizations, processes and data. With limited investment and application conditions, an process management system was proposed to support collaborative railway design by using techniques such as project management, work flow and so on. By this way, the enterprise can control design process and collect data which improved the efficiency of communication and data exchanges. So the quality of railway design can be guarentted.
