柴胡的本草研究

摘　　要：对柴胡的原植物、药用部位及功效作了本草考证与调查，认为历史上最早记载柴胡的时期为汉代，其原植物为伞形科植物银州柴胡ＢｕｐｌｅｕｒｕｍｙｉｎｃｈｏｗＤＷｅｎｓｅｅｓｈａｍｅｔＹ．Ｌｉ和石竹科植物银柴胡ＳｔｅｌａｒｉａｄｉｏｈｏｔｏｍａＬ．ＶａｒｌａｒｌａｍｅｏａｔｅＢｇｅ．的干燥根；宋代以来柴胡同属的数种植物逐渐被发现并使用，到了清代银柴胡才从柴胡项下列出，发展成为一种新兴药物；近现代有将蔷薇科委陵菜ＰｏｔｅｎｔｉｌａｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓＳｅｒ的根误作柴胡记载。清代以前柴胡药用部位为干燥根，近现代则载为干燥的根、全草、茎叶、苗及幼苗全草等，极不统一，造成了药用部位的混乱，今正本清源。The article deals a herbal textual identification and investigation about Chai Hu's previous plant,the part as drug and effect.It found that the Chai Hu was recorded in Han period.Its previous plant is the dry roots of Bupleurum Yinchowensee sham et Y Li and stellaria diohotoma L.var larlameoate Bge.Many plant as genus as Chai Hu were found and used since Song period.To Qing period,the Yin Chai Hu was isoluted from Chai Hu and developed a new drug.But nowadays,the roots of potentila chinensis Ser was mistaken the Chai Hu's previous species and recorded.About the part as drug,the dry root was written in the drug dictionary before Qing period and nowadays.But now,because many drugist regard all of parts of Chai Hu as drug,so the point should be righted.
