米索前列醇用于无痛人工流产术的临床效果观察

摘　　要：【目的】研究探讨米索前列醇在无痛人工流产术中作用。【方法】选择2008年1月-2008年12月在我院自愿要求行无痛人工流产术者共400例,随机分为观察组和对照组各200例。观察组在人工流产术前1h将米索前列醇400μg放置阴道后穹隆,对照组按常规方法进行。比较两组术中宫颈松弛度、手术时间、子宫收缩、阴道出血量、手术损伤等。【结果】观察组宫颈扩张程度、子宫收缩度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。术中出血量及手术时间较对照组明显减少和缩短(P<0.01),人工流产综合征发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】无痛人工流产术前阴道放置米索前列醇,能充分扩张宫颈,可缩短手术时间。减少术中出血和损伤,该方法安全、有效,值得临床推广。[Objective] To study the effect of misoprostol in treatment of painless artificial abortion.[Methods]A randomized comparcative study in 400woman questing medical abortion at 6～10 week yestation was conducted.All patients come from the clinic service of department of genecology.I n the experimental group,400 microgram misoprostal was given in vagina posterior before the artificial abortion.In the control group,the common practice of artifical abortion are carried out.Compare with cervix dilation,operation time degree of cervical dilatation,the blood loss in opration by two group.[Results] the experimental group is higher obviously than the crotrol group in the degree of cervical dilatation and the amplitude of aterine aontraction（P0.01）.the experimental group is lower obviously than the control group in the blood loss in opration and the operation time（P0.01）.[Conclusions]Misoprostol was given in vagina posterior before painless artifical abortion,can dialate cervix enough;can decurtate the operation time,can decrease the blood loss and dumage in operation.It is a safe and effective way and should be expanded.
