摘  要:【目的】观察白藜芦醇苷对阿霉素导致的心肌损伤大鼠心肌超微结构的影响。【方法】成年雄性Wistar大鼠32只,随机分为4组:正常对照组(NC组)、ADR模型组(ADR组)、PD对照组(PD组)及PD治疗组(PD加ADR组)。用透射电镜观察各组大鼠心肌的超微结构。【结果】ADR组大鼠心肌细胞内出现肌原纤维片状坏死、断裂、溶解,肌节排列紊乱,核周隙明显扩张,核两端线粒体和糖原数量减少,线粒体嵴减少或消失,甚至空泡变。PD加ADR组大鼠心肌细胞结构基本完好,肌节排列基本正常,线粒体轻度病变,部分嵴融合。【结论】白藜芦醇苷可明显减轻阿霉素对心肌细胞的毒性,对损伤心肌具有显著的保护作用。[Objective] To observe the effects of polydatin on ultrastructure of cardiac myocytes in rats with adriamycin-induced myocardial damage.[Methods] Thirty-two adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control group ( NC ), adriamycin group ( ADR ), polydatin group ( PD ) and treatment group ( PD+ADR ).The ultrastructur of myocardium was observed by transmission electron microscope.[Results] In myocardial cell of ADR group, myofibrils exhibited partial necrosis, breakage or dissolving, sarcomere disordered, perinuclear cisterna broadened, mitochondria and glycogen decreased, mitochondrial cristae decreased,disappeared, even vacuolization.In PD+ADR group, myocardial cell almost kept normal structure, and sarcomere had almost normal arrangement.Mitochondria had light pathological changes, and partial mitochondrial cristae confluenced.[Conclusions] Polydatin relieves the toxic effect of ADR and exerts a protective effect on damaged myocardium.
