摘  要:利用SSR、AFLP和TRAP3种分子标记对云南勐腊农场发现的2株超高产橡胶树云PR107、云RRIM501与正常产量单株(PR107、RRIM501)进行遗传分析,共筛选到具有多态性的SSR引物7对、AFLP引物28对和TRAP引物12对,3种标记分别检测到多态性条带9、94和21条,平均每对引物可分别检测到1.16、3.36和1.4条多态性条带,结果表明,2株超高产橡胶树的遗传组成均发生了改变。Yield is one of the most important traits and breeding objectives of rubber tree.Two super high-yielding rubber trees,Yun PR107 and Yun RRIM501,were collected from Meng La Farm in Yunnan Province.The super high-yielding rubber tree and normal-yielding rubber tree were investigated with SSR,AFLP and TRAP markers.A total of 7 SSR primers,28 AFLP primers and 12 TRAP primers produced 7,92 and 20 polymorphic bands,respectively.Each pair of primers produced 1.16,3.36 and 1.4 polymorphic bands respectively.The results showed that there were some differences in the genomes between the two super high-yielding rubber trees and normal-yielding rubber tree.
