摘　　要：分析了国外在公益林和商品林采伐管理中的现状和特点,并结合我国森林采伐管理制度的改革提出了相关建议,以期为完善我国森林采伐管理制度提供参考。In this paper, the current state and characteristics of the public welfare forest and commercial forest harvesting management system of the foreign countries were studied and analyzed, and some rele- vant proposals were put forward combining with the reform of forest harvesting management system in our country. It would provide a reference for improving the forest harvesting management system of China.
