摘　　要：9mm警用转轮手枪是中国公安部自主研发的新型武器系统,为满足不同的战术需要,配发有低侵彻的手枪弹和非致命性的橡皮弹。其中9mm橡皮弹的弹头质量2.9g,初速度为110m/s,主要用于制服犯罪分子、驱散非法聚众闹事人群。在目标缺少防护的情况下用9mm警用转轮手枪,在五米内射击头部和胸腹部能够造成严重损伤,不排除危及生命的可能;6到15米射击胸部以下是相对安全的;在20米以外射击的精确度明显下降,可能无法命中目标。9mm Police Revolver is the Ministry of Public Security of China self-developed new weapons systems, tactics to meet the different needs of the allotment of low penetration in the hands of non-lethal bullets and rubber shells. Rubber bullets 9mm bullet which the quality of 2.9g, the initial velocity is 110m / s, mainly for override criminals, break up illegal rallies crowd trouble. The lack of protection in the target with a 9mm under police revolver, fired five meters in the head and chest and abdomen can cause serious injury, do not rule out the possibility of life-threatening; 6-15 m shooting the chest is relatively safe; in 20 meters away shooting accuracy decreased significantly, may not hit the target.
