摘　　要：本文论述了我国中药领域强化专利保护的意义、现状及时策。认为中药领域蕴藏着巨大的和潜在的知识产权，不断加强中药专利保护的战略研究和探讨，是实现中药现代化的必然选择。This paper describes the significance, current status and strategy of strengthening patent protection in the domain ofChinese materia medica. It is proposed that there exists a tremendous potential intellectual property in the domain of Chinese materiamedica, so it is an inevitable choice in realizing modernization of Chinese materia medica to constantly study the strategy and mea-sures of patent protection of Chinese materia medica.
