摘　　要：目的：优选简便可靠且适合工业化生产的知母总皂甙的提取工艺。方法：（１）用均匀设计法对知母总皂甙的提取工艺中乙醇浓度、提取系统中固液比例和回流时间３个因素进行优选；（２）用薄层扫描法测定知母皂甙的水解产物菝葜皂甙元的含量。结果：在知母总皂甙的提取工艺中采用于５０％的乙醇浓度，固液比例为１：７，回流时间１ｈ，重复３次，所得流浸膏中知母皂甙含量最高。结论：用本文建立的提取工艺制备知母总皂甙方法简便可靠，适合工业化生产。AIM: To seek a process for extracting timosaponin, which is simple, reliable and suitable for industrialized produc-tion. METHODS: (1)According to uniform design, three factors in extraction were optimized ,i. e. ethanol concentration , solid/liquid ratioof extracting system and reflux time. (2)To determine the content of hydrolysate of timosaponin , sarsapogenin ,with TLC. RESULTS: In thecondition of 50% ethanol,solid/liquid ratio of 1:7 and reflux time of 1h with 3 repetitions,high content of timosaponin in the extractwas obtained. CONCLUSION: This process is simple,reliable and suitable for industrialized production.
