肠必清清洁肠道的效果及治疗便秘的疗效

摘　　要：比较１５５例患者服用番泻叶与“肠必清”（ＣＢＱ）对肠道检查前清洁肠道的效果；总结ＣＢＱ对１００例各种便秘的疗效。结果表明，ＣＢＱ可提高Ｘ线片有效率（Ｐ＜０．０５）、缩短患者首次排便时间（Ｐ＜０．０５）及降低不良反应发生率（Ｐ＜０．０５），对各种证型便秘均有较好的疗效。The efficacy of Chang Bi Qing(CBQ) prescription on enterocleaning before intestinal X -ray examination was com-pared with that of senna leaf in 155 patients, and the effectiveness of CBQ on constipation in other 100 patients was observed. Theresults indicated that there were significant differences between CBQ and senna leaf in elevating excellent rate of X - ray photograph( P<0.05) ,bringing forward the first defecation (P<0.05)and reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions ( P<0.05) and showedsatisfactory effect on various types of constipation.
