生脉成骨胶囊治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效观察—附193例286髋疗效分析

摘　　要：为了客观评价生脉成骨胶囊对股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效，应用生脉成骨胶囊治疗各种原因所导致的不同程度的股骨头缺血性坏死患者１９３例２８６髋。应用全国第１次骨坏死会议疗效评分标准对患者用药前和用药半年（２个疗程）后的临床症状及Ｘ线情况分别进行评分，并进行统计学处理。结果显示：①不同病因导致的股骨头缺血性坏死患者用药前后的分数对比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示该药对各种原因导致的股骨头缺血性坏死均有效。②不同分期的股骨头缺血性坏死患者用药前后的分数对比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示该药对不同程度的股骨头缺血性坏死均有效。生脉成骨胶囊对于股骨头缺血性坏死具有确切的治疗作用。Objective. To objectively evaluate the clinical effect of “SHENGMAI CHENGGU JIAONANG” (SCJ, Pulse Activating and Bone Formating Capsule) on avascular necrosis of femoral head (ANFH). Methods. SCJ were used to treat 193 ANFH cases (286 hips) which were caused by sorts of reasons and were in different degrees. According to the Scoring Criteria formulated in the First National Conference of Bone Necrosis, the clinical symptoms and X rays were given scores before and half a year (two treatment courses) after taking SCJ, respectively and the data were statistically treated. Results. A significant difference (P < 0.01) was found in the scores given before and after taking SCJ for ANFH caused by different reasons and for ANFH at different stages, suggesting that the medicine is effective to differently caused ANFH as well as to ANFH in different degrees. Conclusion. SCJ brings a definite therapeutic effect for AFNH.
