踝关节外侧副韧带损伤几种保守治疗方法的比较—附962例疗效分析

摘　　要：为探索踝关节外侧副韧带损伤非手术治疗的有效方法，对采用瓦棱纸夹板（Ａ组）、“Ｕ”型石膏夹板（Ｂ组）等不同的固定方法和无固定（Ｃ组）治疗的踝关节外侧副韧带急性损伤９６２例进行了随访比较。结果经统计学处理显示，Ａ、Ｂ两组疗效接近，皆优于Ｃ组。Ｂ组疗效优良率最高，其中各度损伤痊愈率均高于Ａ、Ｃ两组。认为踝关节外侧副韧带损伤应选择合理的外固定，其中大多数毋需手术治疗。Objective. To study good methods for the conservative treatment of acute injury of the lateral collateral ligament of the ankle (AI). Methods. Nine hundred and sixty two cases of AI were divided into A, B and C groups, which were treated by corrugated paper splint fixation, “U” shaped plaster fixation, and no fixation, respectively. The patients of the three groups were followed up and compared. Results. A and B groups obtained similar results and had an advantage over C group. B group had the highest excellent good rate and higher curative rate than A and C groups. Conclusions. A rational external fixation should be selected for AI, most of which need no surgical treatment, and great attention should be paid to the correct diagnosis.
