摘　　要：本文通过对1997-2008年我国文化贸易总额、文化产品贸易、文化服务贸易的贸易结构及贸易竞争力的相关指数进行测算,并与日本、韩国、美国等进行比较分析。研究结果表明我国文化贸易发展中存在着诸如贸易逆差严重、结构不合理、文化服务贸易发展滞后、贸易国际区域结构过于集中等问题。并针对这些问题提出了一些政策建议。This paper analyzed the import-export structure of China＇ s international culture trade in the past twelve years from 1997 to 2008, and calculated the balance of culture trade and MS, TC, RCA of culture goods trade, culture services trade. The results showed that the import-ex- port structure in China＇ s culture trade was irrational, culture services trade developed slowly, and trade direction was too concentrated, and so on. Based on these analyses, some relevant policy recommendations were put forward.
