摘　　要：当前的全球金融危机加快了东亚地区金融合作的步伐,由"10+3"国家共同发起的东亚外汇储备库逐渐浮出水面。东亚外汇储备库自提出以来就被寄予厚望,被看作是亚洲地区的自救机制,是亚洲货币基金组织的雏形。本文主要分析和探讨东亚外汇储备库的背景、特征、存在的难点问题以及它的未来发展。The current global financial crisis has accelerated the pace of regional cooperation in East Asia. Sponsored by the 10＋3 countries, the East Asian foreign exchange reserve pool has been planned to establish by the end of this year. The reserve pool, which is placed great expectation, is regarded as a self--help mechanism and the early form of Asian Monetary Fund. This paper will analyze the features, problems and future develop-ment of the East Asian Foreign Reserve Pool.
