腔内隔绝治疗主动脉夹层动脉瘤40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的总结腔内隔绝术（EVGE）治疗DebakeyⅢ型胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤的经验。方法对2006-01~2009-12间,在我院住院的40例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者的治疗经过进行回顾性分析。结果 40例患者均为DebakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层动脉瘤,均采用EVGE治疗。本组40例破口封堵成功无内漏。随访3~36个月,无再次发生夹层而死亡。其余患者无明显不适症状,情况良好。结论 EVGE治疗主动脉夹层动脉瘤,使治疗更微创、安全、简捷。Objective To evaluate the methed and experience of endovascular graft exclusion in treatment of DebakeyⅢTADA.Methods On January 1,2006-December,2009,40 patients with aortic dissecting aneurysm patients Treatment after line were retrospectively analysed.Results All patients DebakeyIII for 40 cases of aortic dissecting aneurysm,adopt EVGE treatment.40 cases breach without leakage.Sealing successful Follow-up of 3 ~36 months.There is no again and death.Sandwich The patient had no obvious symptoms in good condition.Conclusion EVGE aortic dissecting aneurysm treatment to cure minimally invasive,safety,short-cut.
