摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下酒精硬化加开窗术治疗肝囊肿的方法和疗效。方法:回顾性分析总结我院2004年6月～2009年5月间,采用腹腔镜下酒精硬化加开窗术治疗肝囊肿46例临床资料。结果:45例在腹腔镜下完成,一例中转开腹行肝囊肿空肠侧侧吻合术。腹腔镜手术时间(30～60)分钟,平均38分钟;肝囊肿空肠吻合术时间130分钟。随访3月～5年,无复发。结论:严格把握手术适应症,熟练掌握腹腔镜下酒精硬化加开窗术的操作技巧,就能减少出血、感染及胆漏等并发症,大大降低肝囊肿术后复发率,达到优于开腹的治疗效果,此项技术具有微创,患者痛苦小,恢复快,安全可靠等优点,值得临床广泛应用。Objective：Discusses the method and the curative effect in the liver cyst treatment of ethyl alcohol hardening to add the fenestrating under the peritoneoscope.
