摘　　要：目的:探讨异位妊娠的预防、诊断与治疗的临床措施。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2010年1月检查及治疗异位妊娠患者68例的临床资料。结果:68例患者超声检查后再行血HCG检查,34例手术治疗均痊愈,34例药物保守治疗,其中2例失败,行手术治疗后痊愈出院。结论:通过辅助检查,做到早诊断与早治疗能有效提高异位妊娠患者生存质量。Objective：To investigate ectopic pregnancy prevention, diagnosis and treatment of clinical measures.Methods： A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2009 to 2010 January examination and treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical data of 68 patients. Results：68 patients after ultrasound examination, 34 cases HCG blood surgical treatment were cured, 34 cases drug therapy, including 2 cases of failure, after surgery motality.Conclusion：through the auxiliary examination, early diagnosis and early treatment can effectively improve the quality of survival ectopic pregnancy.
