美沙拉秦栓治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察美沙拉秦栓治疗溃疡性直肠炎的疗效。方法:选择30例溃疡性直肠炎患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组。对照组(13例)给予柳氮磺吡啶栓0.5g,日两次,肛塞;治疗组(17例)给予美沙拉秦栓0.5g,日两次,肛塞。观察治疗前后临床症状、结肠镜表现及病理等。结果:治疗组总有效率(100%)高于对照组(92.3%)。结论:美沙拉秦栓治疗溃疡性直肠炎有较好疗效。Objective：To observe the efficacy of Mesalazine Suppotories on Ulcerative proctitis.Methods：A total of 30 patients with Ulcerative proetitis were randomly divided into the control group（13 patients） and the treatment group（17 patients）.The control group was treated with SASP Suppotories,the treatment group was given Mesalazine Suppotories.The total period of treatment was 4 weeks.Results： Compared with the control group,the total effective rate is taller in the treatment group（100%）.Conclusion：Mesalazine Suppotories have a better curative effect on Ulcerative proctitis.
