中西药联合佐治糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丹红注射液与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法:将64例DPN患者随机分为两组,观察组给予丹红注射液和甲钴胺联合治疗,疗程3周:对照组仅用甲钴胺治疗,疗程3周。结果:观察组总有效率86.3%优于对照组的52.9%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合甲钴胺治疗DPN疗效确切,结合正确的护理措施,可明显改善DPN的临床症状。Objective：This thesis observed the effect of the patients of diabetic perineuropathy （DPN） treated by Meeobalamin plus Danhong injection. Methods：It was divided randomly to treatment group and control group about the 64 patients of DPN. The control group was treated by using Meeobalamin only, the treatment group was used same method besides Danhong injection, the course of treatment was 3 weeks.Results：The treatment group＇s total effective rate was 86.3%, the control group＇s total effective rate was 52.9% .As compared with the control group, the treatment group had significance distinction （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It was certain to treat DPN by Mecobalamin plus Danhong injection, it would improve clinical symptoms of the DPN obviously and united perfect nursing intervention.
