感咳双清胶囊灌肠佐治急性婴幼儿腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在常规治疗基础上给予感咳双清胶囊保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法:本院收治的门诊58例急性婴幼儿腹泻患儿分为治疗组30例,对照组28例,对照组常规治疗,治疗组常规治疗的基础上给予感咳双清胶囊保留灌肠。结果:治疗组在大便次数、大便性状及治愈时间均优于对照组。结论:感咳双清胶囊保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿腹泻疗效显著。Objective： To observe to give Gangke Shuangqing capsule retention enema infant diarrhea on the basis of the conventional therapy.Methods： We treated 58 cases of outpatient children with acute diarrhea in infants and young children were divided into treatment group of 30 patients, 28 patients in control group, the control group conventional treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment for Gangke Shuangqing capsule retention enema.Results：The treatment group in stool frequency, stool, and healing time were better than the control group.Conclusion：The efficacy of the treatment of infantile diarrhea were significantly.
