眩晕宁改善眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨眩晕宁对眩晕的临床疗效观察。方法:对124例临床确诊和脑彩超提示低流速的眩晕患者,随机分成治疗组62例和对照组62例,治疗组以给与眩晕宁片治疗三个月,对照组以丹参片治疗三个月,两组治疗前和治疗后均行脑彩超检查,测左、右椎动脉(VA)和基底动脉(BA)的Vm,两组经过临床随访半年和头晕等级评定量表(DARS评分系统)观察疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率均为93.1%,对照组为79.3%(P=0.016)。治疗组DARS评分均低于对照组(P=0.000)。治疗后治疗组的左、右椎动脉及基底动脉的Vm均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:眩晕宁片治疗眩晕疗效确切。Objective：To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Xuanyunnin on vertigo. Methods： I I6 patients with vertebrobasilar isehemic vertigo were randomly divided into two groups, the trial groups（58 cases）was administered with Xuanyunning Tablet,The control groups（58 cases）was administered with Danshen Tablet. Time of therapy for both groups was three months. The mean of blood flow velocity （Vm） of right and left vertebral arterys and basilar artery were examined with TCD before and after treatment in two groups. The therapeutic effect was observed by clinical observation and scoring system for the dizziness assessment rating scale （DARS） in two groups. Results：The total effective rates for the trial group and the control group were 93.1% and 79.3%（P=0.016）. The score of DARS in the trial group were lower than those in the control group（P=0.000）. After treatment the Vms of right and left vertebral artery and basilar artery in the trial group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xuanyunnin tablet is efective in the treatment of vertigo.
