烫伤液喷雾剂对Ⅱ度烫伤模型大鼠治疗的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察烫伤液喷雾剂对Ⅱ度烫伤大鼠模型的治疗作用。方法:实验采用85℃和75℃热水浸烫脱毛区15秒,成功建立大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤和浅Ⅱ度烫伤模型。应用烫伤液喷雾剂涂抹烫伤创面,络药量为1ml/只鼠,每天涂药2次,连续给药14天,涂药后创面不加覆盖,逐日观察创面感染愈合情况及动物全身情况(体征表现和创面结痂、愈合情况)连续观察20天。结果:烫伤液喷雾剂对浅Ⅱ度烫伤模型大鼠可缩短结痂时间和脱痂时间,缩短愈合天数,(P<0.01);烫伤液喷雾剂对深Ⅱ度烫伤模型大鼠可缩短结痂时间,(P<0.105)。结论:烫伤液喷雾剂对浅Ⅱ度烫伤具有较好的治疗效果,对深Ⅱ度烫伤具有促进创面愈合的作用。Objeetlve： To observe the efficacy of scald liquid spray in treating deep Ⅱ degree burn.Methods：Using 85℃ and 75℃ hot water to scald the depilated area of rat 15 second, successfully established deep Ⅱ degree burn and superficial Ⅱ degree burn model in rats. Application scald fluid spray painting, injection volume 1ml / mouse only, 2 times a day for consecutive 14 days, drug-coated wound without coverage, the wound healing.Infectiun and general condition （signs of performance and wound scab, healing） were observed day by day ,Continuous observation for 20 days. Results： Scald liquid spray on superficial Ⅱ degree burn model in rats can reduce the scab time and shed scab time, shorten the healing days,（P〈0.01）.Scald liquid spray on deep Ⅱ degree burn model in rats can reduce the scab time （P〈0.01）. ConcLusion： Scald liquid spray on better treatment of superficial Ⅱ degree burn, Scald liquid spray can promote wound healing on treatment of deep Ⅱ degree burn.
