摘　　要：目的:探讨AMI患者血清缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)动态变化与病情发展的关系。方法:对124例AMI患者血清中IMA、cTnI、hs-CRP进行检测,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:AMI患者三项指标联合动态监测与单项相比有显著性差异。结论:AMI患者血清IMA、cTnI和hs-CRP水平测定在AMI患者发病不同阶段有其不同的诊疗价值。Objective： To study the relationships between the dynamic variation of serum IMA,cTnI,and hs-CRP and the development of disease in patients with AMI. Methods： The blood samples of 124 patients with AMI were taken for measure IMA,cTnI,and hs-CRP .The results of IMA,cTnI,and hs-CRP were analysed with statistics. Results： The dynamic co-detection of IMA,cTnI, and hs-CRP surpasses obviously the single detection in patients with AMI. Conclusion： The variation of IMA,cTnI,and hs-CRP in patients with AMI has different value at the different stage.
