5例颅骨血管瘤的影像学诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨颅骨血管瘤的X线和CT影像表现。方法:对5例患者的临床及影像资料回顾性分析。结果:5例患者,均为单发;X线为圆形或类圆形软组织密度骨质缺损区,边界清晰;CT表现为病灶密度不均匀,以等密度为主,膨胀性颅骨破坏区边缘锐利,外板大部缺失,内板变薄,内有高密度斑点及分隔。结论:X线和CT检查对颅骨血管瘤的诊断有较高的临床价值。Objective： To investigate the shows of cranioaural hemangioma＇s X-ray and CT imaging.Methods： To analyze retrospectively about clinical records and imaging datas of the 5 patients.Results：The 5 patients were all simple bemangioma ; X-ray imaging showed that osteoclasia areas were round or oval soft tissue density and sharpness of border; CT imaging showed that the focus had uneven density, but isodensity mainly,the expansile cranioaural osteoclasia areas were sharp of border, cortical plates were deficiency premodinantly, iuner plates became thinner and there were hyperdense blotch inside and separated.Conclusion： It had high clinical value for cranioaural hemangioma by X ray and CT examination.
