摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生症的围手术期整体化护理方法。方法:根据患者具体情况制定围手术期个体化的整体化护理计划并组织实施。结果:除1例发生尿道狭窄外,141例患者均顺利恢复,无诱发合并症或术后并发症发生。结论:整体化护理对于患者安全渡过围手术期具有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the perioperation integrational nursing metheod of transurethral resection of prostate for benign hyperplasia of prostate. Methods：Acording to the Patients＇ conditions. We made particular Scheme of integrational nursing plan and achieve it. Results：Besides one case of urethral stricture occurence the 141 cases are all Concelesscent with no compliations occuring： Conclusion：the integrational nursing has significance for the patients going through the perioperative Safely.
