术前访视对择期手术患者手术状态的护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察术前访视对手术室择期手术患者手术状态的护理效果。方法:选取我院128名病例并分为对照组和干预组,对照组进行常规治疗和护理,干预组在常规基础上加入术前访视。观察两组对患者心理指标、循环系统及神经内分泌系统的影响。结果:干预组患者的焦虑、抑郁、疼痛强度、血压、心率等指标与对照组相比均低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前访视能降低择期手术患者负性情绪,改善其循环系统、神经内分泌机制,使手术和麻醉顺利实施。Objective： To observe the nursing Effect of preoperative visits to the elective surgery patients. Methods： 128 patients in our hospital were divided into control group and intervention group ,the control group were given routine treatment and care and the intervention group on a regular basis by adding preoperative visits. Patients were observed on the psychological indicators, circulatory and neuroendo- trine systems. Results： The intervention group of patients with anxiety, depression, pain intensity, blood pressure, heart rate and other indicators compared with control group were low, and was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Preoperative visits can reduce the negative emotions of elective surgery, to improve their circulatory system, neuroendocrine mechanisms, so that the smooth implementation of surgery, and anesthesia.
