摘　　要：目的:探讨健康教育路径在膝关节镜手术患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将74例膝关节镜手术患者随机分成2组,对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育,观察组采用健康教育路径进行健康教育,2组比较效果。结果:观察组健康教育的效果评价和患者的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:应用健康教育路径进行健康教育比传统的健康教育效果好,是一种切实可行、值得推广的工作方式。Objective：To investigate the efect of health education pathway on postoperative care of knee arthroscopy. Methods：seventy- four patients were assigned to two groups （n=36）, controlgroup received traditional method for health education, observationgroup received health education pathway for health education. Results：The total impression scores of effect between two groups on treatment effectiveness evaluation and patient satisfaction, observationgroup were significantly higher in controlgroup（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The Implemetation effects between two groups,the observationgroup better effect then the controlgroup, health education pathway is a practicable mode of operation and should be promoted to more and more hospital.
