复方利多卡因乳膏表面麻醉在气管插管全麻中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方利多卡因乳膏表面麻醉在气管插管全麻中应用的可行性及安全性。方法:择期全麻手术患者100例,随机分为复方利多卡因乳膏(L)组和空白对照(C)组,L组在气管插管前将复方利多卡因乳膏1～2g均匀涂抹气管导管表面前1/3处的所有区域。观察记录拔管即刻、拔管后1min、3min、5min的血压、心率及有无呛咳、屏气反应和术后咽喉痛。结果儿组在拔管即刻、拔管后1min、3min、5min的血压、心率变化与c组差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。L组发生呛咳、屏气反应和术后咽喉痛的比率明显低于C组(P<0.05),且没有不良反应。结论:复方利多卡因乳膏表面麻醉用于气管插管全麻可使拔管过程中循环平稳、不良反应及术后并发症减少。Objective：To investigate the feasibility and safety of the use of compound Lidocaine cream topical anesthesia in endotracheal general anesthesia.Methods：One hunted cases of general anesthesia with elective surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups：compound lidocaine cream group（L group）and blank group（C group）,and their blood pressure,heart rates were observed and recorded on immediate extubation, 1,3,5,min after extubation;theoccurrence of cough,breath-hold response and postopertive sore throat was observed.Results：The blood pressure and heart rates changed significantly in L group than those in C group（P〈0.05）.The occurrence of cough,breath-hold response and postoperative sore throat was lower too（P〈0.05）.Conelusion：Using compound lidocaine cream makes circulatory system smooth in the process of estubation,and has less adverse response complications.
