顺德区桑拿女从业人员艾滋病知信行调查与干预措施研究

摘　　要：目的:了解顺德区桑拿女从业人员艾滋病相关知识的知晓程度与与艾滋病相关的行为特点,探讨相应的干预措施,为今后在该类或类似人群中开展相应的健康教育和行为干预提供科学依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷在顺德区16家桑拿馆随机抽取部分桑拿女从业人员,在知情自愿的情况下,进行面对面闯卷调查。随后对其进行发放宣传资料、集中宣教、观看宣传短片、知识问答等方式的健康干预,干预后再用相同的问卷进行调查。结果:参与干预并交回有效问卷的桑拿女从业人员共374人,发生不安全性行为的人员仍占一定比例;干预前后对艾滋病传播途径正确认识率从71.4%提高至86.4%(x^2=25.16,p<0.001),对非艾滋病传播途径的错误认识率从35.6%下降至12.3%(x^2=55.58,P<0.001),干预后半年内该人群VCT比例由11.8%增加到30.5%(x^2=39.32,p<0.001),差异均有统计学意义。结论:顺德区桑拿女从业人员中存在引起艾滋病感染和流行的危险行为因素,防制知识仍有待提高;通过对该类人群采取干预措施能取得明显的效果,因此,采取加强防制知识宣传和健康教育工作等综合措施,促进其减少或杜绝高危行为是今后类似人群艾滋病防控的工作重点。Objective：In order to understand the knowledge,attitude and practice related to AIDS and behavior characteristics in female workers in recreation service and to explore the appropriate measures,and provide scientific evidence for taking health education and behavior intervention measures.Methods：An anonymous questionnaires were used to collect the information about HIV/AIDS-related knowledge and attitude from some female workers randomly selected among 16 saunas before and after the intervention,and subjects were interviewed face to face on their free will.The behavior interventions of health education materials including pamphlets,centralized education,watching VCDs,etc. Results：374 female workers in sauna service were interviewed and a certain proportion of them had unsafe sex. After intervention,the rate of correct knowing HIV/AIDS transmission increased from 71.4% to 86.4%（x2=25.16,P〈0,001）,and the rate of non-transmission error knowing from 35.6% decreased to 12.3%（x2=55.58,P〈0.001）.Six months ailer the intervention,VCT increased from 11.8% to 30.5%,there was statistically significant difference between them（x2=39.32,P〈0.001）.Conelusion：Factors of infection and prevalent for AIDS still exist and the prevention knowledge need to be improved among the female workers;The intervention measures in such groups of persons were effective,and to strengthen health education and comprehensive intervention measures so as to reduce and prevent risk behaviors are the main tasks.
