摘　　要：目的:讨论阴茎环状异物嵌顿致阴茎绞窄的病因、分级、诊断、治疗及预后。方法:对1例所收治阴茎环状异物嵌顿致阴茎绞窄及复习文献资料所报道病例进行病因、分级、诊治的综合分析。结果:阴茎环状异物嵌顿致阴茎绞窄易于诊断,及时根据特定嵌顿物采用特定的方法解除嵌顿是主要治疗手段。结论:阴茎环状异物嵌顿致阴茎绞窄可引起严重并发症,及时有效解除嵌顿可有效避免并发症的发生。Objective：To study the pathogeny, grade,diagnose,treatment and outcome of incarceration of penis.Methods：Studied one case of incarceration of penis of orbicular foreign matter and reviewed the related articles.Results：The diagnose of incarceration of penis was not difficult, According the difference of foreign matter,taking the special method to get rid of the incarceration was the most effective treatment.Conclusion： Incarceration of penis was always followed with severe complications.Taking effective measure to relieve the Incarceration timely can avoid the complication disease.
