摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定肺力咳合剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法;色谱柱Shim-pack VP-ODS C18(5μm,150mmx4.6mm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(50:5 0),检测波长为278nm。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.09～0.72μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995);平均回收率为99.8%(RSD=0.77%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective：To establish an HPLC-DAD method to determine the content of Baicalin in Feilike Mixture.Methods：The chromatographic separation was performed on Shim-pack VP-ODS C 18 column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.2% posphoric acid （50：50） with the detection wavelength of 278 nm.Rcsuits：The linear range of Baicalin was 0.09-0.72μg（r=0.9995）.The average recovery of Baicalin was 99.8% and RSD was 0.77%（n=6）.Conelusion：The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Feilike Mixture.
