摘　　要：目的为进一步推广荆芥炭的止血应用提供参考。方法归纳近年来关于荆芥炭对血液系统作用的研究成果。结果荆芥炭是常用的止血中药,具有悠久的入药历史和显著药效。荆芥炭的总黄酮部位是其止血作用的主要有效活性部位,荆芥炭乙醇提取物StE和M均为止血的活性成分。结论荆芥炭的止血效果显著,开发出荆芥炭止血方面的有效中药制剂,是今后值得努力的一个研究方向。Objective Charred schizonepeta is a conventional traditional hemostatic drug with a long history and remarkable effectiveness.The paper provides reference to further promote its hemostatic application.Methods To summarize the research results of charred schizonepeta on hematological system in recent years.Results The research results have proved that the total flavonoid in charred schizonepeta is the primary active part for the hemostatic effect.And its ethanol extracts StE and M all are hemostatic active constituents of Charred schizonepeta.Conclusion The hemostatic effect of charred schizonepeta is remarkable.To develop the effective hemostatic Chinese medicine preparations of charred schizonepeta is the desirable research direction in the future.
