摘  要:目的采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定刺五加脑灵液中绿原酸和异嗪皮啶含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(17∶83,V/V),检测波长为335 nm,流速1 mL/min。结果绿原酸和异嗪皮啶的质量浓度在0.01~1 mg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,精密度的RSD分别为0.54%和0.49%(n=6),重现性的RSD为0.81%和0.92%(n=6),样品稳定性的RSD为1.26%和0.88%(n=6),加样回收率分别为99.05%和99.28%,RSD分别为0.90%和1.16%(n=6)。结论反相高效液相色谱法可作为同时测定刺五加脑灵液的绿原酸和异嗪皮啶含量的方法。Objective To establish the determination method of chlorogenic acid and isofraxidin contents in Ciwujia Naolingye by RP-HPLC.Method The method was performed on the Kromasil C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(17 ∶ 83) as the mobile phase with the detection wavelength of 335 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL / min.Results The linearity of this method was better in the concentration range of 0.01-1 mg / mL for both components.The precision RSD was 0.54% and 0.49%,respectively.The repeatability RSD was 0.81% and 0.92%,respectively.The stability RSD of Ciwujia Naolingye samples was 1.26% and 0.88%,respectively.The recovery rates were 99.05% and 99.28%,respectively.Conclusion This method can be used to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid and isofraxidin in Ciwujia Naolingye.
