摘　　要：通过PEST分析明确了渔业信息服务的可行性和必要性,论述了高校图书馆参与渔业信息服务的优势,探讨了高校渔业信息服务的内容和模式。Using PEST analysis, this paper makes clear the feasibility and necessity of fisheries service, discusses the superiorities of university library in participating in fisheries information service, and probes into the contents and modes of fisheries information service of university library.
