摘　　要：电子政务的快速发展推进了政府职能转变的进程。以河北省廊坊市为例,探讨了电子政务的建设发展以及对政府职能转变的作用、影响等相关问题。The rapid development of E-government has pushed on the process of the transformation of government functions.Taking Langfang City of Hebei Province as an example, this paper probes into the construction and development of E-government, the functions and influences of the construction and development of E-government on the transformation of government functions, and other relevant problems.
