摘 要:通过离心泵试验台架,试验研究了离心泵在不同转速与不同输液粘度下的运转性能,重点分析了输送高粘油品时泵轴转速对离心泵性能的影响。试验表明,输送清水时,泵轴转速对离心泵的性能影响有限,基本符合相似准则。输送高粘油时,随着泵轴转速的提高,离心泵最优工况点的效率提高,最佳效率点的流量和扬程也相应提高,因此,输送粘油用的泵的设计转速必须比水泵有较大幅度的提高。通过比较各种转速下最优工况点的比转速,认为离心泵输送粘油时,暂可采用两种准则来综合规范其相似关系,即采用输送清水时的比转速及相应的粘度范围。The performance of a centrifugal pump at different speed in pumping liquids with different viscosities is tested on the test stand. The influence of pump shaft speed on pump performance in pumping highviscosity oil is emphatically investigated. Test shows that, in pumping water, the influence of shaft speed on performance is slight, and it is subordinated to the similarity law. In pumping highviscosity oil, with the increase of the shaft speed, the efficiency of the pump at the optimum operating point is improved, and the flow rate and hoisting height at the optimum efficiency point rises, therefore the rated speed of the viscous oil pump should be remarkably higher than that of the water pump. By comparing the specific speeds in the optimum operating point at different shaft speeds, the similarity relationship of the performance of the centrifugal pump is investigated.
