摘 要:由汽油车改装的CNG双燃料汽车,因组合式负压排气减压阀引起的故障有动力性能差,启动困难,燃料消耗过多,行进中熄火,和突发电路中断、断气、发动机运转不正常或熄火,以及储气瓶中天然气不能用尽等。为此,从供气系统结构原理及安装调试等方面分析了故障产生的原因,叙述了排除故障的方法。指出加强压缩天然气供气系统的维护保养,确保供气系统的安全可靠性和使用寿命,及时排除故障,是推广CNG双燃料汽车的重要环节之一。Dualfuel CNG automobiles modified from conventional automobiles have bad power performance, and are hard to start. Their electric circuit system and gas supply system and engine often fail suddenly during running, and they run with excessive fuel consumption. The causes of the troubles are analyzed from the aspects of structure and working principle and installation of the gas supply system, and countermeasures for the troubles are expounded. It is indicated that, to popularize the dualfuel CNG automobiles, the gas supply system must be maintained with care to ensure its safety and reliability and long service life.
