摘　　要：B2井为新疆焉者盆地的第一口大位移双靶定向井，由于受地层特性、作业技术等方面的影响，在钻井过程中遇到了许多困难，致使井眼轨迹和井壁穗定未能得到有效控制，井下事故频发，建井周期延长。文中通过对该井在钻探过程中遇到的事故与复杂情况的介绍及原因分析，从地层特性、井身结构与作业技术、施工手段等方面就宝南区块定向井钻井的几个主要技术问题作了剖析，并在此基础上提出了几点看法．During drilling of B2, the first two -target8 1argedeviation directional well in Yanqi basin,wel1 trajectoryand sidewall stability were not effectively controlled,downhole accidentS occurred frequent1y,and dril1ing cycleprolonged.Through ana1yzing the causes of the downholeaccidents and problems, we studied the main drillingtechno1ogical problems in dri1ling directional wells inBa`onan block in the aspects of formation characteristics,wellbore structure and operation techniques and methods.
