摘　　要：文中以实例介绍了井眼中、上部易蠕动缩径地层在井深增加过程中，缩径程度加大到某一时刻给钻井作业带来的危害．指出适时扩划掉蠕动进入井眼的堵塞物，是建井过程的必需作业．提出把这一必需作业融入转盘驱动钻进过程中的实用技术．介绍了这一实用技术的约束条件、实施要点和注意事项．This paper introduces the disadvantages of tight hole due to creeping of upper formation while drilling,pointing out that it is necessary to ream the formation caused by strata creeping. And the practical techniques of reaming while drilling are recommended,meanwhile,the limiting conditions,key procedures and other important actions are also discussed for the useful technology.
