摘 要:根据对陇东油区注水系统的调查,系统总效率平均为29.6%,其中注水泵效率为82.1%,电动机效率为94.3%,而管网效率只有38.2%。因此,设法提高管网效率是提高注水系统效率的主要途径。现文对影响注水系统管网效率的因素从注水泵出口节流、注水管网沿程水量跑损、配水间节流、注水管网沿程摩擦阻力损失等方面进行了调查分析,提出了相应的措施与对策,预计管网效率可提高到47.8%。Abstract According to the investigation to water injection network of Longdong oilfield, the system average efficiency is 29 6 percent. In this system, the pump efficiency is 82 1 percent, the motor efficiency is 94 3 percent, but the network efficiency is only 38 2 percent. Therefore, increasing the network efficiency is the main approach to increase water injection system efficiency. In the article, we investigated and analyzed the factors which affect the efficiency of water injection system network,such as outlet throttle of water injection pump, water loss of water injection network, throttle of distributing room for water injection, friction loss of water injection metwork. Several measures and tactics were suggested. By using of these measures and tactics, the network efficiency can be increased to 47 8 percent.
