摘  要:用不同的方法制备了Fe2O3-V2O5/Al2O3催化剂,用BET、TPD表征了催化剂的表面积和O2吸附性能,并考察了催化剂的制备方法对α-蒎烯合成桃金娘烯醛活性和选择性影响,结果表明,均匀沉淀法制备的催化剂具有较大的比表面积,较多表面氧活性中心和较高的催化活性和选择性,同时用均匀沉淀法制备的催化剂考察了α-蒎烯合成桃金娘烯醛的工艺条件,其最佳条件为:催化剂用量5%、反应温度80℃、反应时间240min,在此条件下,α-蒎烯转化率84.9%,桃金娘烯醛选择性78.4%。Fe2O3-V2O5/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by difference methods.Surface area and O2 adsorption property were characterized by BET,temperature-programmed desorption(TPD).The effect of preparation methods on catalytic activity and selectivity for oxidation of α-pinene to myrtenal was studied.The results indicated that the catalyst prepared by homogeneous precipitation method showed bigger surface area,more oxgen active site and higher myrtenal selectivity.The catalyst had been used to catalyze oxidation of α-pinene to produce myrtenal,and the optimal process parameters were as belowed: catalyst amount 5%,reaction temperature 80℃,reaction time 240min,under the optimal condition,α-pinene conversion were 84.9% and myrtenal selectivity were 78.4%.
