摘　　要：目的研究脑干脑炎的MRI表现特点,探讨MRI对脑干脑炎的诊断价值。(探讨脑干脑炎的MRI表现特点及诊断价值。)方法对2007.06～2009.12收治的19例脑干脑炎的临床及影像资料作回顾性分析。结果脑干脑炎MRI表现为桥脑、中脑及延髓对称性长T1、长T2信号、FIR序列呈高信号改变,且以桥脑和中脑多见,延髓少见。按病变部位可将脑干脑炎分为两种类型:1、单纯脑干脑炎(12例),2、脑干炎症同时合并(其他部位)大脑半球白质及深部核团(特别是丘脑)等部位病变(7例)。结论脑干脑炎是神经系统的一种急重症,MRI可以准确而可靠地反映脑干脑炎的病变性质、部位及程度,是诊断脑干脑炎的首选检查方法,对临床治疗起重要作用。Objective To study MRI characteristic of truncus encephalitis and the applied value of MR imaging.Methods 19 cases of the truncus encephalitis were analysed retrospectively.during june 2007 to Dec 2009. Results MRI findings of truncus encephalitis were symmetric long T1 long T2 signals intensity.The truncus encephalitis can be divided into two types according to MRI findings.One type was only involved the truncus,the other one invaded not only the truncus,but the other brain tissues.The truncus inflammation involved mainly pons and mesencephalon.The other inflammatory lesions included chiefiy white matter of the brain and thalamus.Conclusion MRI imaging can make a correct and precise diagnosis of the truncus encephalitis,and have important clinical application value.
