摘 要:采用晶体取向分布函数方法(ODF)研究和分析了微量元素Sr对Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金板织构的影响。结果表明,不含Sr的试样中主要含有旋转立方织构和面织构,其含量分别为21.245%和38.773%;Sr含量为0.033%试样的织构特征与不含Sr试样的织构特征相比无明显差别,最大取向密度f(g)出现在{011}<211>,只是各织构组分含量略有下降,其旋转立方织构和面织构分别为18.665%和35.553%;Sr含量为0.093%试样的织构特征与前述两种试样的织构特征明显不同,最大取向密度f(g)出现在{112}<111>;旋转立方织构及面织构的含量急剧减小至0.019%和1.133%。Effects of trace Sr additions on texture of Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy sheets were analyzed by means of ODF method (oriented distribution function).The results indicate that the samples without Sr are mainly composed of rotating cubic texture and gace texture,where the contents are 21.245% and 38.773%,respectively.The change of the samples with 0.033% Sr addition in texture feature can be neglected,compared with sample without Sr addition,and the texture contents are slightly decreased,where rotating cubic texture and face texture reach 18.665% and 35.553%,respectively,meanwhile,maximum orientation density occurs in {011}<211>.However,the samples with 0.093% Sr exhibits distinctly change in texture features,where rotating cubic texture and face texture are drastically decreased to 0.019% and to 1.133%,respectively,and maximum orientation density appears in {112}<111>.
