摘　　要：氟芬那酸丁酯软膏(布特软膏)可用于各种皮炎、湿疹、瘙痒性皮肤病及光敏性皮肤病的治疗。治疗皮炎、湿疹的有效率为72.92%～82.01%,疗效优于丁苯羟酸膏、氧化锌膏。布特软膏外用无全身不良反应,仅有1.80%～7.50%局部刺激反应。所以该药是治疗皮炎、湿疹安全有效的药物。Buty flufenzmatum ointment can applied in varied of dermatitis, eczema, prutitus dermatosis, photosensitive dermatosis. The effective rate is 72.92% - 82.01% in treatment of dermatitis and eczema, the treatment effect is better than Bufexamac cream, zinc oxide paste. So buty flufenzmatum ointment is a effective and safe medicine for the treatment of dermatitis, eczema.
