摘　　要：目的研究气传花粉与婴幼儿过敏性哮喘关系和减敏治疗的疗效。方法按全国统一的方法———重力测定法，观察花粉的品种和数量；对住院的哮喘患儿进行过敏原皮试；对皮试阳性病例进行减敏治疗。结果一年的曝片调查，共观察到１４５１９粒花粉；春秋两季为花粉高峰期；品种共有３８个种属，２２个种属为常见花粉；其中５类１８种花粉（包括蒿属、豚草、梧桐、春季花粉Ⅰ组裸子植物７种和春季花粉Ⅱ组被子植物８种花粉）是主要致敏花粉；４５例婴幼儿哮喘３１例阳性（６８９％），１００例儿童哮喘６４例阳性（６４％），总阳性率为６５５％，其中对５，４，３，２和１种花粉过敏的患儿分别占１５８％、６３％、１３７％、２４２％和４００％。对蒿草、豚草、春季花粉Ⅰ组、梧桐、春季花粉Ⅱ组过敏者分别为５８９％、４８４％、４８４％、４４２％和３３７％。皮试阳性的９５例患儿的患病时间为，１～３月占１６８％，４～６月占２００％，７～９月占２８４％，１０～１２月占３５０％；患儿中男性占６３２％，女性占３６８％，男女之比为１∶０５８；年龄分别为１～３岁占３２６％，～６岁占３５８％，～９岁占２１１％，～１２岁占１０５％。９５例经减敏?Objective Study on the relationship between the investigation of the airborne pollen with allergic asthma in children.Methods The airborne pollen is gravitational foce determination,the patients of asthma in children were tested,among of them postive,then were reduced sensitivity therapy.Results Observation of 14519 grain of airborne pollen per one year.Which includes Artemisia sieversiana willd Ambrosia artemisifolia L,platanus acerifolia willd,springtime pollen Ⅰ and Ⅱ group were important sensitization allergens.31 cases in 45 cases infantil asthma test were positive(68 9%),64 cases in 100 cases children asthma test were positive(64%),total positive ratio was 65 5%.The positive ratio of artimisia L,ambrosia L,platanus acerifolia willd,springtime pollen Ⅰ and Ⅱ group to be distributed in 58 9%,48 4%,44 2%,48 4% and 33 7%.11 cases infantil and 22 cases children asthma in 95 cases reduce sensitivity therapy have been 2 years have not arecurrence.Conclusion The airborne pollen is an important sensitization allergen of children asthma.Reduce sensitivity therapy is an effective method for this disease.
